This project is a reaction to the current situation in our bathrooms. The men use "super speed, racing" shavers while women have got "barbie" design in pink and pale blue colours. I tried to leave these stereotypes and look for a simple and elegant solution which would be pleasant for both groups.

The main source of inspiration was for me the human body and differences between men and women. Dissimilarity and at the same time consonance of both genders inspired and influenced design of both appliances. The gent´s shaver has got a simple rational shape, while lady´s looks much "softer" and delicate - it prefers curves instead of lines.

I have chosen a basic black and white colour scheme and two simplified gender symbols which are used also on the charging cradle. The devices in the charger resemble two figures - the "man" stands behind the "woman" as a protector and support.
